To send an email to all stakeholders, go to Stakeholder Emails tab (under Investor Relations), this is where emails sent to all your stakeholders are stored.
New emails can also be created from this page.
Add email subject and contents. This will be sent all your stakeholders, i.e., all active stakeholders seen on your cap table. This includes all active shareholders as well as any noteholders and grantholders (option grants, warrant grants, share grants). The email will not be sent to former stakeholders (such as ceased shareholders or option holders with cancelled grants), administrators, or any stakeholder that has configured their Capdesk email preferences so as not to receive stakeholder emails via Capdesk.
