Terminology settings page

You can change the terminology of certain keywords on the platform that suits you.

The Terminology page is located under Settings, on the left-hand side of your screen:

You have the option to choose the term you would like to use for:

• Cash bonus award programs that do not result in shareholder dilution:
  • Phantom Shares
  • Virtual Shares

• A predetermined price at which your grantholders can convert equity (such as options, warrants or RSU) into shares:
  • Exercise Price
  • Strike Price

Once you have selected your preference, Save.

If you have any other terminologies that you would like to use, click on the Give feedback link at the bottom of the page, you will be redirected to a Live poll where you can submit a suggestion.

Our team will periodically review this and add more terminlogies to the page.
