You can override the DocuSign deadline of 120 days to complete the signing and set your own.
If you use your own DocuSign account, make sure to log into your DocuSign account and enable the Allow senders to override account defaults option under Reminders and Expiration.
1. Navigate to Settings > Settings and Add-Ons.
2. Click Docusign Account to expand the section.
3. Add your preferred deadline to the Signature deadline field. Please note that the default is 120 days.
4. Click Save.
Please note, changes to the default deadline (120 days) will only affect future documents sent for signing. |
