Go live to unlock a number of useful features not accessible whilst your data is in draft format

Once your account has gone live, there are a range of features that Capdesk supports, detailed below:
- Online grant issuance
- Online exercise
- Online secondaries
- Issuing share certificates
- Email all stakeholders and create news updates
- EIS3 certificates
1) Online grant issuance
Capdesk allows you to sign new grant agreements electronically (using DocuSign). You can see the different types of equity we can provide online signing for below:

2) Online exercise
You can allow your grantholders (optionholders and warrantholders) to exercise their options on Capdesk.

3) Online secondaries
You can set up an online two-party secondary transaction (i.e. share transfer) on Capdesk. We also have the capability to run a multiple party secondary. Read an overview of how this feature works.
4) Share Certificate Signing
You can generate and sign share certificates on Capdesk (using DocuSign). Capdesk gives you the option to upload your own share certificate or use a template.
The certificates tab will need to be enabled in the 'Settings and Add-ons' menu prior to attempting the signing of certificates.

5) Email stakeholders and send news updates
You can use Capdesk to email all company stakeholders. The platform will also provide you with statistics detailing the amount opened and if any failed, allowing you to track stakeholder engagement.
You can also create news updates to store and share with your stakeholders on the News page.
6) EIS3 certificates
You can use Capdesk to generate EIS3 certificates. You will need to make sure you have enabled the EIS feature prior to generating the certificates in the 'Settings and Add-ons' menu under Settings on the left-hand side of your screen.
