The cap table report is a summary of company ownership, detailing all shares held and the fully diluted percentage for each security type and share class.
1. Navigate to Ownership > Cap table.
2. Click the Reports button.
3. Select the Capitalization table report.
4. Customize your cap table report by setting the following parameters:
- Currency: the report will convert values and notes to the selected currency.
- End date: the report will include transactions up to and including this date.
- Include draft transactions: drafts are transactions you haven't published yet. This will be ticked by default and if your account is not Live yet.
- Include ceased shareholders: ceased shareholders are individuals who have sold all of their company equity.
- Include deferred shares.
- Include outstanding convertible notes.
5. Click Request report and you will receive the following confirmation:
You can also follow the progress of the report through a widget notification on the bottom right corner of your account.
