Generating Companies House Filings

Easily export and download CS01, SH01, SH02 and SH06 filings.

It is possible to use Capdesk to generate and download Companies House filings as and when required. The following reports can be created:

CS01	A CS01 (Confirmation Statement) will need to be filed by your business once a year. Your deadline is 12 months since the date you filed in your last Confirmation Statement to Companies House.
SH01	An SH01, known as 'Allotment of Shares', is a mandatory filing at Companies House when allotting shares. It must be filed within 30 days of the allotment.
SH02	The SH02 (notice of a subdivision or consolidation of shares) is a Companies House filing legally required to be filed following a subdivision or consolidation of shares.
SH06	The SH06 (Notice of cancellation of shares) is a Companies House filing legally required to be filed following cancellation of shares.

1. Navigate to Compliance > Filings > Companies House.

2. Click Generate Filing and select the desired report.

3. Fill out the the mandatory information (marked with a red asterisk) and click Generate report.

4. After the report has been generated click the filing to open the side bar to download it. (The report is also sent by email.)

 

5. Once submitted to Companies House, it is possible to record the report as filed in Capdesk. Click the Actions Button related to it and select File.

 

6. Enter the date and click Mark as Filed.

7. Once the filing is approved or rejected by Companies House, it is possible to record it as such. Once again, click the right hand side action button and select Mark as approved or Mark as rejected.
