1. Navigate to Capdesk and click Forgot Password?.
2. Enter the email address used to register to Capdesk and click Send email.
3. Check your email inbox for the password reset email. If you are having difficulties finding it, make sure to check your Spam inbox.
4. Click Reset Your Password. The link will be valid for 1 hour.
5. Enter your new password, re-type it to confirm and click Reset your password.
6. You will be redirected to log into Capdesk using your new password.
Please note, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled and also lost access to it, you might need to request a 2FA reset. |
