If you would like to to change these details and the billing email address, click Edit Billing Details.
-
Payment method: This section will show all the current and previous payment details related to your account. To change or add a new payment method, click Add payment method then select the preferred one: Card, Sepa Debit (EU countries) or BACS Direct Debit (UK only).
Capdesk strongly recommends you to use direct debit, in order to avoid having your account blocked due to late or delayed payments.
-

- Invoice history: This section will reflect all the current and previous invoices related to your account. By clicking on the date of the invoice you can download it in PDF format.
Payment History
Within this section you can find the details of all previous payments, as well as any payments that are due or overdue. You will see the payment date, invoice ID, the amount paid/to pay and the payment status.
If you click on the invoice ID, you will be able to download the invoice as a PDF to use at your own discretion.
Please note, if you are paying by card, the first payment after a subscription renewal will not be taken automatically from your account due to SCA requirements and you will need to manually make the payment. Once done, going forward the payment will be taken automatically. |
