Dashboard page

An overview for administrators of all share issuances, grants and other types of equity consolidated onto one page

The dashboard page summarises all current equity that is stored on Capdesk highlighting total shareholders, number of funding rounds, the amount raised by issuances, and many more.

You can find the dashboard page on the top left of the navigation bar under your company name.

1. Quick equity issuance

You have the option of issuing any equity transactions (individual or in bulk) by using the 'Issue Equity' option found on the Dashboard page. Please note, this is only related to online issuances (where the agreements will be signed through Capdesk) and you will need to make sure the document sets are already added and the signatories have been selected.

2. Stakeholders, issued and fully diluted shares

These sections will provide information on the total number of stakeholders added on your account, what percentage has already created accounts on Capdesk as well as a quick Invite button to Reinvite the stakeholders who haven't yet create an account.

Under the Stakeholders section, you can see the numbers for your fully diluted shares as well as issued shares on Capdesk.

3. Funding rounds

The funding round section is displayed in the form of a graph which tracks the historical information on your funding rounds reflecting information such as:

- name of the funding round

- date of the funding round

- total funding

- amount raised

- average share price

Please note, in order to see this information, you will need to hover over the graph for each funding round.

4. Cap table overview

In the Cap Table overview section you can find information on the percentage of stakeholder types, as well as a quick button to Export the Cap table report or to expand the section (Details) which will take you to the Cap table page.

5. Incentive pool overview

In the Incentive pool overview section you can find information on the percentage of available, outstanding, exercised, deferred and authorised shares, as well as a quick button to Export the Incentive pool report or to expand the section (Details) which will take you to the Incentive pool page.

6. Investments

The Investments section will only show if you, the admin, are also a stakeholder in the company and own any type of equity. This will be your investments only and will be visible only to you.
