New field for personal emails 📩
The field is available in the stakeholder form, the stakeholder export/import file, and can be mapped in HRIS integrations. This will be used in the upcoming employee offboarding flow to help stakeholders retain their account when the company has invited their employees with work emails.
Employee offboarding flow 👋
Handling equity when an employee leaves your company is a straightforward, one-click process on Capdesk. Leavers are automatically highlighted on Capdesk with the status Pending offboarding based on data coming in from your HRIS so you’ll never miss a leaver again. Once you click offboard, the offboarding will be either scheduled or started immediately depending on whether the termination date is in the future.
The termination date comes from your HRIS and termination terms are automated based on the grant and the associated equity plan. All communication with the employee is handled by the platform including information regarding any exercises.

Register of Directors 👯
The register of directors is a statutory register for a company to maintain and keep up to date. This allows you to:
- Add directors (corporate / individuals)
- Generate filings (we support all 5)
- Export an Excel report
- Prefill director's details from existing stakeholder
Witness signing status in the issuance funnel 🖋️
Before the migration to DocuSign's witness signing flow, we could not distinguish between grantholder/issuer signature and the witness. This is now possible, so admins will have the visibility they need to assess where in the issuance flow a signature is.
