Investor dashboard navigation 🐫

We've just released the new navigation experience for the investor dashboard! This brings the side-menu  to the dashboard and makes the navigation easier. You'll now find the portfolio selector available in the side-menu and also the company navigation is available at all times, instead of hidden underneath the holdings graph (for companies you've invested in).

Accelerated vesting when using a grant 🚄

We now support accelerated vesting when cancelling a grant. When doing layoffs, some companies want to accelerate vesting as part of the leaver package.
Please note however, accelerated vesting on a grant with performance conditions vesting schedule are not yet supported.

Register of transfers 🤝

You can now create a register of transfers in Capdesk. This support guide details the process step by step.

 

Stakeholder employee IDs 🆔

Stakeholders have a new field available called employee ID. This will be populated from HR integrations and the value will be the employee number (AKA actual HR integration employee ID) for each stakeholder.

This field will be available in the following reports for all equity award types: grant overview, vesting overview and transaction history. Moreover, this field can be inspected on both the stakeholders page as well as the HR integrations page. Upon disabling an HR integration, all stakeholders created via that HR integration will have employee IDs cleared.
