You can now create a register of transfers in Capdesk.
The following actions are possible from the Register of transfers page:
- Adding Transfers To The Register
- Publishing The Transfers To The Register
- Export The Register Of Transfers As An Excel File
Adding Transfers To The Register
1. Make sure to enable the Company registers and filings feature. Navigate to Settings > Settings and add-ons and check Use company registers and filings on Capdesk box.
2. Navigate to Company registers > Allotments > Register of transfers.
3. Click Add transfer.
4. Click Select transfers registered on Capdesk.
5. Select the transfers to be included in the register by checking the box next to them and click Add transfer.
6. Click View register to return to the pending transfers page where you can review and managing the transfers before publishing them to your register. Note, that each new transfer registered as a transaction in Capdesk will automatically create an associated register entry in the pending section of the register.
Publishing The Transfers To The Register
1. Navigate to Company registers > Transfers > Pending
2. To publish the transfers in bulk or individually, click More > Publish transfers.
3. Select the transfers that you want to publish to the register and click Publish to register.
4. Click View register to return to the published register under Company registers > Transfers > Register of transfers.
Exporting The Transfers As An Excel File
1. Navigate to Company registers > Transfers > Register of transfers.
2. Click More and Export as XLSX
