Nudge grantholders to sign 🗣

We have released the next feature for the Grant issuance funnel: The ability to bulk nudge grantholders and company signatories to sign. A major pain point for admin users is the time they spend chasing down individuals who have not signed.

Stakeholder categories 🤵

We have introduced new, defined stakeholder categories in an effort to improve the cap table experience and allow for better sorting. We have also added new field called Stakeholder Label, which allows company admins to input additional freetext to describe a stakeholder. It can be edited at any time. Existing categories have been migrated to the new list:

• When we saw a clear mapping to our new list (e.g. old stakeholder category was “Employee”, “Employees”, “US Employee”), they all were migrated to the “Employee” fixed category. “Series A1 Investor” became “Institutional investor”, and so on.

• Otherwise, we set their category to “Other” and moved the freetext stakeholder category to the label field.

These changes are reflected everywhere stakeholder category was previously used. That means ledgers, dashboards and import files.

Quick reissue for online grants ⚡️

You can now (more or less) with the click of 1 button reissue a failed grant. This is another iteration of our Grant issuance funnel.

Before this release the process was that a failed grant had to be cancelled and then manually reissued. This new release save time on manual work, and allows for an easier process to reissue when grants do fail.

CLN accrued interest on investor dashboard 💰

The investor dashboard now shows the accrued interest on CLNs for investors that exclusively own CLNs (not a shareholder). This new card replaces the Shares and Votes cards that are shown to shareholders.

This new card is only visible to investors who only have debt securities. Investors with both CLNs and shares will see the information that is currently shown to shareholders (total shares & votes).

Improvements on employee dashboard 📈

The employee dashboard vesting schedule card now shows the total number and percentage vested, and the tooltip groups the grants by company. In addition the estimated return of grants card now shows the exercise cost for both vested and unvested more clearly as separate rows.
