Reissuing Failed Grants

You can now quickly reissue an online grant that has failed during the signing process.

Reissuing a failed grant will generate a new grant with the exact same details as the previous grant. This works in the same way for all equity award types, but we will use options as an example for this article.

1. Go to Equity Awards > Options (or Share grants, Warrants, Phantom shares, RSUs) > Online Issuances.

2. Click the filter button on the Failed issuance card.

3. Click on the three-dotted button on the right-hand side of the grant that needs to be re-issued.

4. Click Reissue failed grant.

4. Review the details and click Reissue.

A new grant will be sent for signing and the grantholder will be notified.
